Mandarin Salsa

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 mandarin oranges

  • 1/4 C. chopped red or green bell pepper

  • 1/2 C chopped red onion

  • 2 jalapeno peppers, diced. (seed and stems removed)

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

  • Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

 

Peel oranges and cut into ½ inch pieces. Add onion, bell pepper, jalapeno and lime juice. Mix well. Stir in cilantro. Season with salt.
